You can also create talk files from any audio editor even if you want
you could probably create them in Total Recorder. You do not have to
have the RB utility. The difference is that RB utility simplifies the
job because it uses synthesized speech rather than spoken voice. For my
music I would rather use my own talk files for both folder and files.
