if is the h series you should use the last release and install it via
installer, for both you have links on home page of rockbox:

otherwise i don't know. for my e300 i do not have possibility to install
rockbox

I put this query out a few days ago.
I have the iriver 320 and I want to do a complete installation of rockbox on
my player but it is looking for firmware.
I remember downloading and patching the bootloader and fwpatcher.ese I am
not able to do it now.
