And what have you done before you get that "stopped responding" error? You
need to have done something, a program doesn't crash only by sitting on
your hard disk. Furthermore, I'm pretty sure the "Rockbox" in that message
is wrong. Rockbox runs on your player, not the PC

Having problems with the installer (which is what it sounds like) doesn't
make the player a problem.
