      When you used the Rockbox Utility, are you installing both rockbox AND the bootloader to H10C? And did you follow the exact same procedure when you successfully installed your H10a and H10b?

      All four options in RB Utility are left checked.



      I had the *file missing* problem once before, on a H10 I did for a friend, but the iriver Recovery tool saved tge day on that one.
