How can I solve this problem? 1. Has it previously worked correctly (and you haven't changed the firmware since then)? 2. Have you tried reloading either the original firmware, or Rockbox, onto the device to see whether it then boots correctly? 3. Does the device look okay when you plug it into a PC and view the USB mass storage file system?
