I have already updated the sensa firmware. But I also had a memory card in there and I prior to the firmware update I took out The memory card according to instructions and then when everything was updated I put the memory card back again but when I want to format the memory card I couldn’t do it I probably need to take it out of the player and put it in the computer somewhere that has a card reader? Right?
