Creating new bookmarks, resuming new bookmarks, or resuming old
bookmarks? Manual or automatic?

In any case, I'd double-check your bookmark settings. A new bookmark
mode was added, and it's possible the upgrade path b0rked the former
setting.

If it still doesn't work, then knowing the settings and scenarios you're
using will help us narrow down potential causes.

(I personally make heavy use of bookmarks, and it seems to work for me,
 albeit on different targets than you're using..)
