good morning sir/mam

i am out of solution coz i buy this new mp3 player and suddenly it is
misbehaving some functions, i know how to install the firmware but unlucky
i deleted the firmware i cannot retrieve . so ive decided to installor
flash another firmware into it but i know it will not work perfectly becoz
of different firmware. so sir please im begging you to help me provide a
firmware that will perfectly work with this mp3 player thank you very much
and im hoping that you can help me.
