Hi:
The Sansa Clip Zip with Rockbox is customizable to an amazing degree and
can certainly be controlled by touch. I use it that way, going to sleep.
You can even have it set up with a configuration file that runs
everytime you turn it on. I suspect that you may want to go beyond just
a FM radio. Ebay has a bunch of sansas available at various prices. Some
with rockbox installed. Try craigslist and kiiji. I managed to get a new
one a couple of years ago for a great price.


If you just want radio, consider getting a FM plus HD radio. Just check
that there is HD radio where you are. With HD, you get better sound and
a lot more stations. Interestingly, the HD radios and ones with
accessibility seem to be coming from the UK.  Here's a review of a radio
that isn't expensive and seems to work pretty well for the blind.
