Hi friends

During Repair Day, I found myself unable to get Rockbox on my Sansa
Clip+ so I side-tracked into packing "rbutil" or Rockbox Utility for
Ubuntu, since some of the dependencies went missing and it needed a
fresh re-compile.

Thanks for a fantastic project! Please LMK if there's any comments about
this. Thus-far I haven't actually tested it as far as loading Rockbox
into a device, but all of the UI is responsive and working on 20.04.
