When you quit Rockbox, a config file is saved to the .rockbox directory
called config.cfg which is accessible on the drive that your device uses
when you usb connect it to your computer. At least it should be created
then. I seem to have a timestamp issue with it being a few hours old,
not that I think it matters.

You can edit that file directly as it is a text file even though it is a
dot cfg file. It is much easier to do on a computer than on your player.
You can save multiple config files and select the one you want to use in
the settings. If you want, you can modify the config.cfg file and save it
as fixed.cfg. When you boot up rockbox, the fixed.cfg will be used
automatically. Since I often control my player without looking at it --
if something isn't the way I like it, I just shut it off and on again
and get it back where I want. Details on what can go in the config files
is found at the end of the manual for your device. And its a lot.

Sheldon
