This is most likely due to the voice file and the rockbox binary being
out of sync, but I have a few questions:

 * Are you asking specifically about voiced menus, filenames, or both?
 * What language are you using?
 * Where did you obtain the voice file for that language?
 * What rockbox version? (not so important in this context)

This page includes direct download links for the xDuoo X3ii's rockbox
binary package and the voice files (across 10 languages) we
auto-generate nightly:

  https://www.rockbox.org/dl.cgi?bin=xduoox3ii

Download the latest rockbox package and the appropriate voice file,
unzip them to your player (and reboot it), and if voiced menus still
don't work properly we can troubleshoot from there.
