Good morning.
A few months ago I got both a Dx50 and a Dx90. I'm something of an
audiophile and I'd read on discussion forums that the players sounded
different and I wanted to see how they compared to each other.
I've had an Agptek player for a couple of years now, and a very
extensive media collection. However, setting up the Ibasso players has
not been easy at all.
With some sighted assistance as I am totally blind, I did manage to
get the Rockbox firmware working on the Dx90, but there's no speech. I
made sure I had the proper .voice file and that the volume level was
adjusted properly and still nothing. I wasn't able to get the Dx50
working at all with Rockbox. I couldn't get the firmware installed and
I was curious if someone could walk me through this or help me to
figure out why I have no speech on the Dx90.
Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
