Migration to the different datacenter is complete, and rockbox.org now
has native IPv6 as well as (changed) IPv4 addresses, and extra disk
space to boot!

Downloads are now pointing back to the new site, and unless someting
unexpected happens, I still intend to switch git+gerrit over on Sunday.

Specifics will be discussed over IRC when I'm ready to start.
