Yep, the migration continues. After a successful dry-run today,
everything is in place to migrate the forums to the new VPS.

I'm planning on doing this about 12:00pm (US Eastern time) on September
19th. Actual downtime will be under five minutes but DNS propagation
time can be up to a couple of hours.

The plan is to mark the old site read-only, do a final export/data dump,
import it to the new site, change the DNS, and mark one more thing off
the todo list.

The remaining stuff (ie the www, build, and buildmaster sites) is also
staged and (mostly) ready to go but that's going to require a longer
downtime window and I need to make sure I will have the time to ensure
everything transitions over smoothly.
