The bulk of the work was finished within ten minutes, when DNS changes
were made. Traffic picked up on the new site immediately, and within a
couple of hours there was nothing left hitting the old site except for a
handful of bots.

That said, it wasn't without hiccups; a couple of directory permission
issues meant the buildmaster went a little wonky when it was finally
tested, but that's fixed as of a few minutes ago.
