The firmware image they have posted for download seems to indicate the
SoC is an ATJ213x. In theory this could be rockboxed, but it really
depends on how much external DRAM AGPTek put on the PCB. (It's also
rather underpowered for modern codecs..)

My gut feeling would be "no" but without internal photos of one of these
U3s, there's no way to know for certian.
