But the really short version is to grab this file:

   https://download.rockbox.org/bootloader/agptek/ROCKER-20171101-patched.upt

Rename it to 'update.upt' and put it in the root directory of the SD card.

Then boot into the factory firmware, navigate to settings/firmware
update, and then after it does its thing, you should be able to boot
into rockbox.
