The thing completely wedged itself to the point that I can't even get it
back.

So I just switched the public view of the wiki to a static snapshot.
The template isn't quite right but it's better than continuting to take
the whole www server down.

Meanwhile, I'm still working to get the "real" wiki operational again at
a different URL, requiring a login for anything (even views) to keep bots from slamming it and bringing this whole bruhaha back.

This is intended to be a temporary measure. Unless it works.. :D
