Sure, I can file an issue, but I think I'll play around with the previous
build of RB some more to be able to describe the problem more accurately. I
don't have any other way of testing those voices apart from RB.
Espeak sounds robotic, but at least it produces every phoneme as it should.
Who knows why that is not the case with Piper.
