That's the recommended way to tag mp3 with APEv2, to keep backward
compatibility with older software not supporting APEv2, *and* because
APEv2 without id3v1 may give strange behaviors with software that read
id3v1 first (see
<http://www.hydrogenaudio.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=32197>).
It's not advised to use both APEv2 and id3v2, since very few softwares
will keep them in sync.
