It doesn't pause because pause is defined as BUTTON_ON | BUTTON_REL (with
pre event)
and skip as BUTTON_ON | BUTTON_LEFT/RIGHT, so it just skips.

The same - skip track first and then if user long presses it again (within
HZ) skip dir,
but only if its not first/last track (to avoid skipping two folders
altogether).
