IMO it is obvious from the last response form 'PopCap Dave' he sortof realizes he basically has no case. He has come down a long way from his first post so I guess that challenging him to produce what evidence he has the graphics are identical, which besides basic shape and color anyone can easily see they are not, he has..

I think he will have to let it go soon enough. I do not see why we should sacrifice some very nicely designed gfx based on loose and untrue accusations.. From a quick look it is obvious shading is quite different, the 'light' and 'dark' areas in the silver balls are actually reversed and there's more easily recognizable differences..
