Date: Tue, 18 Apr 2006 17:43:45 +0100 Imho, a modification of the images at this point _may_ (and could) be interpreted as a tacit acknowledgement of plagiarism or infringement of copyright by PopCap - of which we all know there is none! - but the problem is that this then might be used as possible ammunition that there has indeed been some infringement of copyright. This would only serve to weaken RockBox's case, even though they're already on pretty solid ground on this one.
