To be complete, the preloader deletes 4 files in /_SYS, if present, just
before passing control to the bridge:
__FILE.CDB
PLLIST.SIF
SEARCH.SIF
TXTLIST.SIF
I've not investigated what exactly these files contain (or when is any of
them created), but I agree it's probably system cache files.
