Date: Mon, 9 Oct 2006 17:15:27 -0600 Hi, I tried the Tatung Port and managed to build the latest version from CVS. I created a fullzip and unpacked it in the root filesystem of the MP3 player. I then created a backup of the FW_YH820.mi4 and then copied the pp5020.mi4from the root to the System folder and renamed it to FW_YH820.mi4 When I start the Samsung MP3 player, it hangs at the startup screen, but it does create 2 files in the root of the harddrive framebuffer.bin 152KB gpio.txt 1KB The gpio.txt contains a single line FF 42 F7 E6 FF 0C 50 00 9B EF 5E 40 Should I start a WIKI page to track the progress of the Tatung port on the Samsung player? What should I do next? Any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks Anant On 10/6/06, Anant Mistry <anant.mistry_at_gmail.com> wrote: > > Cheers Daniel, > I will also try the iRiver H10 port. > Anant > > On 10/6/06, Daniel Stenberg <daniel_at_rockbox.org > wrote: > > > > On Fri, 6 Oct 2006, Anant wrote: > > > > > I would like to use the RockBox firmware on my Samsung YH-820.
