ok, ive uploaded the resynced version onto the wiki
http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/MenuSettingsRecoding,
hopefully the thing compiles now, i made sure the missing files were
added...
I think it would be great to get this commited by the end of the week,
so any testers/helpers would be appreciated
