Hey all.
I was perusing menu.c and I noticed that the button bar was never
implemented in the menu recode so I thought I better fix that.
Anyway, after a bit of playing in the sim (and quick look in the
code), it doesnt look like any menus change the options (Were they
displayed with the old code? )

So what do we want done with them? Set them when the menu is entered
to show the |menu|option|lcd| line? hide them? make it avialable to
all menus to customise?

Also, I noticed the bar isnt cleared in the setting screen (and the
buttons dont do anything), how should these be fixed?

And lastly, thinking ahead to the root menu, do we want to do anything
special in the root menu with these buttons (user configurable
shortcuts? hide the bar? |menu|option|lcd| ? )
