Subject: Bookmark UI suggestion

Bookmark UI suggestion

Hi,

I got an idea on how to change the bookmark UI a bit, and I'm looking
for opinions before I actually start coding. The idea is to use the list
"widget" when showing the bookmarks, using two lines per bookmark,
something like this:

Select Bookmark
1. Sea of holes
    1:15, 9
2. Sea of time
    0:34, 8
<...>

(The second line shows start time and playlist index.) Select or right
would start playback, left or stop would abort (at least on Hxxx
devices). The icon would show wether playback would enable shuffle or
not. Thus, the only thing not shown, compared to the current UI, would
be the repeat mode. It's possible the voice feedback could be worse
though, unless the list API allows for a voice callback.

This could enable us to remove the "Ask bookmark" screen too, by putting
a "No bookmark" item at the top of the list (using index 0, if
possible). This wouldn't work that well on a player, as a list title
wouldn't fit, so a separate screen in that case would be needed.

To get good UI response, the bookmark file would probably need to be
buffered a bit, possibly using the plugin buffer.
