I've made a start on a MAINTAINERS file, which I'm appending to the end
of this email. I'm sure I've missed a lots of things, and maybe the
current splits are not sensible - comments welcome.

This list has turned out to be even longer than I originally thought it
would be...

Assuming there is no sway of opinion against this idea over the next
couple of days, my intention is to commit this file to SVN (in docs/),
and people can then start adding their names against items.

Finally, do we want this file included in the rockbox.zip? My view is
that we don't, in which case maybe the docs/ directory isn't the best
location (or someone needs to adapt svnupdate.pl and buildzip.pl to
exclude it).
