I have scripts already written for this task, and I intend to run it daily as

However, my voices are built with Festival on Linux and people tell me it is
quite a lot worse than some of the fancy windows TTS engines, so if there's
anyone interested I'll offer my scripts for people to try to (adjust and) run
them on windows to produce automated voice files.
