Firstly, do you mean 256Mb (32 megabytes). 256MB is an awful lot
compared to most players, but 32MB would be spot on.
As for the flash chip, Rockbox's firmware binary (as well as a few
codecs) could fit into that easily, so it's quite reasonable for it to
be entirely there, though by no means guaranteed.
