When 3.0 comes out, we will be publishing new install information. Most
of it will be what we've already got, but of course a much larger focus
will go on RBUtil. Pretty much any information in any "Install" section
on our forums is either out of date, or will be when 3.0 comes out.
Those questions which are not invalid our documentation should address
anyway. So I'm of the feeling the information currently in those forums
can only serve to confuse users after 3.0 comes out, and would like to
"reset" those sections with each release. Then as new questions come in,
we can see where our documentation needs further improvement for the
next release (which will as well come with resetting those forums) and
so on.

This way we can easily see which questions apply to our current install
instructions, as well as keeping outdated information from confusing the
new users a release may bring in.
