It's not quite that simple - you would need to maintain a list of proper
nouns and not convert those to lower-case. But within the confines of
Rockbox, that should be relatively simple to implement and maintain.

However, my argument is that any British English language file should
use sentence case, as that's what is in common use in that language.

I'm perfectly happy with the addition of a US English language file
(which would use title case, as that's the convention there) and if we
wanted to go in this direction, it would obviously make a lot of sense
to go from one file to the other by script.
