Mainly, as already has been said, those diff would get outdated the same way they do on the tracker. To group them it would rather be useful to introduce a new "Accessibility" category in the tracker -- if you create a new location only for accessibility specific diffs you will only add up to the confusion where to look after a specific diff. Plus, you (and users) can't comment on tasks like they can in the tracker.
