I think there is a big difference : whatever you do with the
quickscreen, you'll still be able to use the player normally.

I'm not really happy with the current items. I personally never use it,
but I'm pretty sure that most or all people who appear on irc or the
forums with messed up file view settings got there through the
quickscreen.
