Even when the build system does everything right you'll find it slow. The exact same HW will build Rockbox MUCH faster if you ran Linux, and that's also true for Linux in a VM on that machine. There may of course be areas in the build that can be further improved though that could speed things up. > I'm not an autotools guru so it's hard for me to tell. We're not using any autotools.
