No it doesn't mean that. It entirely depends on what parts that failed and
what parts you care about when you install the zip.

But then I didn't say that the zip would be a fully functional one on a
player, only that it would work to make a zip. Which for example at times is
handy if you want to send over a build to someone else to show or whatever.
