They never get skipped. You may not see those numbers as they can happen in
non-displayed areas of the SVN repo, but they are not skipped. On the
rockbox.org front page (and elsewhere) you typically only see changes done in
trunk/ and there are occasional changes elsewhere (most notably the www/
tree and the release branches)!
