I expect it will boost more since CPUFREQ_NORMAL is less than half of that in SVN. But I think the average MHz is likely to be lower than SVN. I tested playing an MP3 album on my H140 and it didn't need to boost for that. The GUI will be slower and might feel sluggish at times, for the same reason.
