Once more: All what I did to the patch *never* changed the way it sorts.
It was always *only* about the settings, which activates the sorting.

Leading referred to leading numbers. Of course the patch sorts leading
numbers (2 before 10, etc). But it also sorts numbers that are behind
letters (i.e. A2 sorts before A10), so leading wasn't appropriate. And
again, this all is about how the setting and its options are called.
