We've had a proposal to hold this in Zurich, Switzerland. See also the irc
discussion starting at http://www.rockbox.org/irc/log-20090303#21:17:19
The original proposal didn't get to the ML for as-yet unknown reasons, so
I'm posting it now

Hi,

I could easely arrange a suitable location at the Zurich University of
Arts in Zurich, Switzerland. Of course we would have WLAN, and might
even have free drinks and maybe beer.
Allthough I'm not a developer myself I would be happy to attend. And
as a Linux regular's meeting also is there twice per month even more
people would be happy to attend, many of them know rockbox, and we
even have some geeks there so... yeah it would be so sweet, at least
for us.

However, dunno where you all come from, so no idea if you can call it
central at all ;)

Short summary from irc if you don't feel like reading it all:

The university location may have issues with closing time : the university
normally closes at midnight. It may be possible to stay later, but this is
still unclear. There is an alternative location, http://www.cavegerminal.org/
that doesn't have this problem.
