Given the usefulness of a no-action button, which I think is entirely
reasonable (once you've been used to it), then the patch needs a config
option anyway IMHO.

I was mainly pointing out that as long as the core (6) buttons aren't
configurable (which they definitely shouldn't be), what's the harm? As long
as we have a line in the sand, and a clear policy, that is.

p.s. IMO, the "ignore keypress" option is horrible when you're not able to
see the screen - it tends to result in annoying double-skips, for example.
