And this can be fixed before the patch goes in. Nobody's saying it
should go in without being fixed to do something everywhere (or at
least, nobody should be0, we're just discussing whether "Insert" is
appropriate for the filetree.

What happens when "Play" is pressed when there's no resume data? When
"Stop" is pressed when music is already stopped? What good to the
"Insert" options do on filetypes that aren't music in the menu either?
There are plenty of cases where buttons have jobs that don't do anything
half, or any, of the time. Should we make "Stop" do something different
if the music is already stopped?
