Well the good news is, I've just finished exams so I'll have a more time in
the future. I'm moving out to Seattle for the summer, so once things settle
down, I plan on finishing up the patch. In it's current state, it's not
ready to be committed. Right now all the language ids are stored in a single
header file. I plan on changing this so plugin strings can have overlapping
ids since only one can be loaded at a time.
