Subject: Adding RM support - Weekly update

Adding RM support - Weekly update

Hello,

Since the subject bears it all, I'll just go into the details. cook-in-rm
samples play fine in the sim.
There are still some troubles in getting them to work on an actual target
though. More specifically, when a rm file is
opened a "Undefined instruction at 06001E (0)" message is displayed and the
player freezes. I believe it would not need
much work to resolve those issues, but I'm a bit tight on time due to my
finals, as you probably already know.
I still get some warnings on compiling a normal build, so I will work on
those first and then see what happens.

Also, I had a bug in the elapsed time update (It was mentioned on the
project's wiki), but it was resolved;
I just used the bitrate to be able to calculate the time span of one audio
frame.

After resolving the on-target issues, I'll have to implement seeking which,
by the time I'm done with it, would make
"RM support in rockbox" in a decent working state. Rest would be
optimizations and then adding more codecs.

The following codec after cook will most probably be ac3. Since it uses the
same descrambling formula that
cook uses and is already supported by rockbox.

That's it for now ! Oh, and I should probably have more time in about
two-and-a-half weeks. :)

Cheers,
MT
