Why not use the beep setting we already have? That beep setting
currently only affects skipping in the wps, but I'd consider it
logical to have such a beep setting affecting other beeps as well.
Enabling end-of-list beeps with voice in contrast sounds confusing and
unlogical to me. The only thing is that the setting itself would need
to get moved as it's currently below Playback Settings which wouldn't
make sense anymore. If that setting would be more generic it could
also get used for beeps on splashes f.e.
