Hello.

This is a general question which arose because of FS#10359. We had
discussed something (a possible change) on the mailing list, then
someone sent a patch, but the discussion goes further. Now in the form
of flyspray comments and replies to them. What is the right place for
it? ML or flyspray?

On the one hand, discussing an existing patch should be in the
corresponding FS task. But OTOH there are no threads there. So if it's
going to be a real discussion (and not just some technical comments),
what is the right place for it?
