Well, to clarify, less "just for developers" and more "just for topics
related to development."

Such a user con question belongs on the user list, for both developers
and users to comment on. The "developers please comment here" version of
the post on this list was inappropriate since this list is for
"development" not "questions I want to get responses from developers about"
