  Look through each of the functions your patch changes, and find them in
  the current source code. For this you can look at the SVN commit logs or
   use "grep -r" to search for them in the source code.

  Hi thanks for your reply, luckily I think this patch is fairly simple, and actually all I had to do was change the patch file so that it patched /apps/music_screen.c probably not a very neat way to do things, as the file is patched with an offset of 266 lines, but seeing as this patch is only for my use, and all it does is insert functions I guess it doesn't really matter.
